Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Shallot
6 Fresh Basil Leaves, Finely Chopped
4 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt (Mineralize)
1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
6 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
1. Combine together lime juice, shallot, basil, mustard, salt, and pepper together, whisking until blended.
2. Slowly add in oil, whisking continuously, until blended.
