Crispy Oven-Baked Chicken

*Requires marinate for 2-12 hours
Ingredients:
8 6-8oz. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
3 Tbsp Hot Pepper Sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
1 Tsp Salt (optional)
2 Cups Plain Bread Crumbs
1-2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together: hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
2. Add chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2-12 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
4. Remove chicken from marinade.
5. Add bread crumbs to marinade and mix.
6. Coat chicken thoroughly with new mixture.
7. Spread oil on the bottom of a shallow 9X13" baking dish.
8. Place chicken in the dish, evenly spread out, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
9. Turn chicken over and reduce heat to 325 degrees. Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes. Chicken will be done with the juices are clear when pierced with fork.
