Ingredients:
1 Medium Avocado, cut into chunks
1 1/2 Cups Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Mint
3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt (Mineralize)
1 Dash Ground White Pepper
1/3 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
1. Put avocado, yogurt, mint, vinegar, salt, and pepper in the blender and cover. Blend until smooth.
2. Slowly add in oil and continue blending, until well mixed.
