Fruit Parfait

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Yogurt (Plain Low Fat or Soy)
1 Tbsp Almonds, Finely Chopped
1 Tbsp Flaxseed, Ground
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Apple, Diced
1/2 Cup Cantaloupe, Diced

Directions:
1. In a tall glass, layer ingredients in order: 1/2 cup yogurt, a sprinkle of  almonds, flaxseed, and blueberries.
2. Repeat process with apples and cantaloupe.
