Ingredients:
1 Cup Prepared Oatmeal (Quick cooking oats cooked for 5-10 minutes or instant oatmeal)
1 Tbsp Flaxseed
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/4 Cup Walnuts, chopped
1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder (Optional)

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or cup.
