Healthy Pancakes


Makes 6 Servings.
Preparation Time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:
1 Cup Cottage Cheese (Fat - Free)
6 Eggs
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (Or 1/4 Cup Whole Wheat and 1/4 Cup Barley Flour)
1/4 Cup Canola Oil
Pinch of Salt
Dash of Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Milk

Directions:

1. Blend first 6 ingredients until smooth.
2. Slowly add in milk until batter is consistent.
3. Cook on a hot, nonstick griddle.
